Step 5: Sage your mind, heart, and aura to cleanse from the negative energy thrown your way.“I push out all of the lies, hate and negativity. And I call my power back to me, from every person and every negative entity From every space, portal, time and dimension. From every connection, and cord attachment. Anyone and anything that is attempting to take away my energy, you do not have my consent to shut me up and dim my light and vitality. And I claim my power back.”

What quality do I want to show to the World today?
Quality ideas: Safety, security, confidence, bravery, helpful, emotionally close, listener, affirming, fun, adventurous, chill

Write down all of your emotions, worries, and thoughts on a piece of paper.
Burn it in a safe place.
Release with this prayer: “Divine Beloved, I surrender this burden to you. You are the conductor of all. I release this worry and allow you to do what needs to be done to resolve it. I trust you in full faith. Let it be. So it is.”
Finally, shower/bathe to cleanse the remaining energy.
